3 adjectives amongst a sea of them that could be used to describe this past weekend.
To put any of this into words wouldn't really do justice to what we experienced this weekend. The best we could do is this...
If you could fish for muskies in Heaven, you might expect these same results.
2 days, 15 fish LANDED! That's not counting the 5 lost ones, the 2 misses, and the 11 follows
Here's how it all went down on day 1:
On Saturday morning - 8:00 in the morning - Tony Sr., Tony Jr., and 13 year old Max joined Randy for some musky fishing. It was cold, cloudy, and windy.
By 8:15am, the first musky was in the boat and the action never stopped!
It was pretty much the last cast of their day when he was working his jerk bait back to the boat. Randy was in the back of the boat, putting everything away so he could take Max and his Dad back to shore. All of the sudden, with Max's lure 25 feet from the boat, he yells out, "WHOAAA!!!!!". Randy looks up and see's his rod doubled over. Max's Dad grabbed onto Max's belt and Max battled one of the biggest fish of the day!!
Sure enough, it did indeed!
Stay tuned for Part 2!
